OOV: Happy Shoulders
Stress and anxiety live in our shoulders, creating posture problems, tension patterns, and accumulate over time, gradually eroding our wellness. This workshop will get to the heart of fear, pain, and stress by addressing breathing and postural deficiencies using The Oov: the most important and versatile tool in your Pilates "toolbox".
Ease yourself back into better health and reduce anxiety and stress by increasing shoulder mobility and stability, with breath function... on the Oov!

Equipment Needed for Participation
- An Oov that fits your body size.
- A Long, Stretchy Thera-band
- 8-10" diameter soft playground ball
- Wall space to put feet/hands on.
- A yoga mat
- A thick blanket you can roll up
- 2 Yoga Blocks
- 2, 1 or 2 pound Light Hand-weights (Not exceeding 3 pounds, each.)
