Therapeutic Body Conditioning?

Classical Pilates is a proven system of movement that can change bodies and lives! However, as a long time movement coach, I also believe that updates in technology and education are important and vital to our growth and understanding of the human body! Innovation (updates in technology and education) is vital to our development and understanding of the human body. I commit to continuing education each and every year to stay at the forefront of industry knowledge and I bring 36 years of movement experience and 16 years of teaching experience to my practice. Because I offer more than simply "Pilates" and I believe the body needs to be nurtured and challenged in equal measure. I refer to my teaching technique as Therapeutic Body Conditioning™. I currently work with students from age 14-90.

What is the Oov? The Oov is an innovative tool I use in our lessons, in combination with The Pilates Method, Yoga fundamentals, postural exercises, and all our Pilates equipment to see immediate and lasting change! If you have used a foam roller you will be amazed at how superior the Oov is to the roller. Why keep using old technology? Using a foam roller is like using a flip phone. Upgrade your practice with superior tools. The Oov also allows you to take your workout with you wherever you are: at home, on the road, or in the studio. Being less reliant on a Pilates studio and more reliant on yourself is the key to better health! The Oov facilitates independence in your practice.

By taking private lessons consistently you can undo those bad habits step-by-step! The Oov is the best and most portable tool you can use alongside Pilates, Yoga, and traditional bodyweight calisthenics in the studio and at home to create lasting change.


Therapeutic Body Conditioning is for any age! If weight loss is your goal I will recommend cardio & food programs to clients struggling with obesity. Health is a multi-pronged approach! Longevity requires versatility.

24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

A full 24 hours' notice is required to cancel all lessons and classes otherwise the lesson/class fee is applied in full. No exceptions.

Work with a Professional Teacher Commited to Teaching Pilates Full-Time, as a Career

Especially in LA there are many "fitness instructors" who would rather play one on TV than be legitimately committed to teaching Pilates full-time as their sole career. Pilates ain't no side hustle for Eve!
